First off. the colours and the hair are just great, man. The thing you did with the BG is also super impressive. Great art so far.

For the perspective, I feel like the head up to the calves, and the heels are going in two completely different viewing angles.

The heels are pointed straight at the screen, while the rest of the body is leaned back from it. It doesn't feel like the heels are really connected to the legs at all, especially with the right leg.

Besides all that, It's still a really cute piece. I really like it.
